Setting the "Remind" Alert on the Pager

You can set the pager to alert with a "beep" whenever a button call is received. The user then needs to acknowledge the call by deleting it from the pager. 

Here is a video overview of the steps to set the function:



Steps:

  1. Take out the battery of the pager. 
  2. With the battery out, press and hold in the "PWR" button and only then put the battery back into the pager (while still holding PWR).
  3. Once it shows "SLOT OF" you can let go of the PWR button. 
  4. Press MODE to go through the pager settings until you get to "URD OFF"
  5. Press the PWR button to change it to ON. 
  6. Hold in the MODE button to save the setting. When the pager goes off, you can let go of the MODE button. 
  7. The remind alert function is now set.
