Setting the "Remind" Alert on the Pager
You can set the pager to alert with a "beep" whenever a button call is received. The user then needs to acknowledge the call by deleting it from the pager.
Here is a video overview of the steps to set the function:
Steps:
- Take out the battery of the pager.
- With the battery out, press and hold in the "PWR" button and only then put the battery back into the pager (while still holding PWR).
- Once it shows "SLOT OF" you can let go of the PWR button.
- Press MODE to go through the pager settings until you get to "URD OFF"
- Press the PWR button to change it to ON.
- Hold in the MODE button to save the setting. When the pager goes off, you can let go of the MODE button.
- The remind alert function is now set.
