Clear Your Browser's Cache & History

Sometimes, after updates are made to a website, your browser may still show the old version because it’s using cached files or saved cookies. This can prevent you from seeing the latest features, design changes, or content. Additionally, outdated login information stored in cookies might cause issues with logging in or maintaining a secure session.

To ensure you can access the most current version of the site and log in properly, we recommend clearing your browsing history, cookies, and cached data. This helps refresh your connection to the website and ensures a smooth, up-to-date experience.

Follow the steps below, based on the browser that you use:

1. Microsoft Edge

Steps:
1. Open Microsoft Edge.
2. Click the three dots (β‹―) in the top-right corner.
3. Go to Settings > Privacy, search, and services.
4. Under Clear browsing data, click Choose what to clear.
5. Select:
   - Browsing history
   - Cookies and other site data
   - Cached images and files
6. Choose a time range (e.g., "All time").
7. Click Clear now.


2. Google Chrome

Steps:
1. Open Google Chrome.
2. Click the three dots (β‹―) in the top-right corner.
3. Go to Settings > Privacy and security > Clear browsing data.
4. In the pop-up, choose:
   - Time range: "All time"
   - Check:
     - Browsing history
     - Cookies and other site data
     - Cached images and files
5. Click Clear data.

Alternatively, use the keyboard shortcut:  
Ctrl+Shift+Delete (Windows/Linux) or Cmd+Shift+Delete (Mac) to open the clear data window directly.


3. Mozilla Firefox

Steps:
1. Open Firefox.
2. Click the three lines (☰) in the top-right corner.
3. Go to Settings > Privacy & Security.
4. Scroll down to Cookies and Site Data.
5. Click Clear Data.
6. Check:
   - Cookies and Site Data
   - Cached Web Content
7. Click Clear.

To clear browsing history separately:
- Go to History > Clear Recent History (via the menu or Ctrl+Shift+Delete).
- Select Everything for time range.
- Check Browsing & Download History, Cookies, and Cache.
- Click OK.


4. Brave Browser

Steps:
1. Open Brave.
2. Click the three lines (☰) in the top-right corner.
3. Go to Settings > Privacy and security > Clear browsing data.
4. Choose:
   - Time range: "All time"
   - Check:
     - Browsing history
     - Cookies and other site data
     - Cached images and files
5. Click Clear data.

You can also use the shortcut:  
Ctrl+Shift+Delete (Windows/Linux) or Cmd+Shift+Delete (Mac).

 
IdeaTip: Always close and reopen the browser after clearing cache/cookies for full effect, especially if troubleshooting site issues.
